We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, had great amenities, and everything was exactly as described. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the garage parking and parking out front were a huge plus. Loved the patio seating for nice nights—We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Nice up and coming neighborhood! The house was even better than expected. Super cozy and well designed. The host was very communicative and helpful. Very close to a lot of great spots! Would highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's lovely home. Our UK student stayed on the pull-out for one of the nights and it still felt spacious for the 5 of us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Location was very convenient to campus, the mall, Keeneland, and more. We look forward to choosing any of Jennifer's homes for future visits!

Had a great stay at Fairlawn Filly! This was a somewhat 'last minute' booking and I am extremely grateful it was available. The house is clean, well-maintained, thoughtfully curated, fully stocked, and very comfortable. My pup really enjoyed the freedom provided with a fenced backyard. Fairlawn Filly is located in a convenient area of Lexington, and it felt very private and cozy. Jennifer is an excellent host who was very responsive and helpful with anything I needed during my stay. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Beautiful house with tons of room, well stocked kitchen, and had puzzle games for the dogs. Very nice large yard that my dogs loved to run around. Perfect location for short walk to legends field to catch game.

We had a great time staying in this home. Lots of little added touches like dog toys, tea, coffee, spices, cooking oil, etc. Perfect fenced in backyard for our dog to run and play! Jennifer is a great communicator! Would stay here again!
